Step 2: Skilled Dismantling by Trained Technicians
Our trained dismantlers manually remove reusable parts using non-destructive techniques and following manufacturer guidelines where applicable. Hazardous fluids are drained safely during this stage.
Step 3: Quality Control & Part Grading
- Visual inspections for wear, corrosion, and damage
- Basic functionality testing where possible (e.g. motors, switches)
- Grading based on condition, mileage, and usability
Each part is tagged, logged, and stored with traceability, ensuring transparency for international buyers.
Step 4: Cleaning, Packaging & Export Prep
- All parts are cleaned and degreased where applicable
- Secure packaging prevents damage in transit
- Batches are palletised or containerised with full manifests
We support with HS codes and customs declarations, invoicing and documentation, and consolidated container loads.
